Description:

Two local chefs — and one home cook — will bring their culinary skills to market to compete in the Farmers Market of the Ozarks Iron Chef 2015 Competition. All proceeds will support Ozarks Food Harvest as part of Hunger Action Month.

Chefs will be asked to prepare three dishes, which highlight a unique market ingredient. In addition, one cut of meat will be provided to each chef to use in his or her main dish.

Judging for the competition will include votes from market customers and a portion of the final score will include scoring by a panel of judges. Market goers will be able to taste a sample of each dish and vote for their favorite by making a cash donation.
