Springfield-Greene County Park Board’s annual Splash & Sizzle event provides pool-goers with the opportunity to fight hunger and relax in the sun. From May 31 through Sept. 6, admission to all outdoor pools is $1 or free with one canned food item per person every day between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

These donations allow families and individuals in the Ozarks access to nutritious food to help them succeed in life. Remember The Food Bank next time you plan a pool day with the family!

SPECIAL HOURS:

Memorial Day, May 31:
Splash & Sizzle at Fassnight, Grant Beach and Silver Springs pools, 1-6:30 p.m.

Independence Day, July 4:
Splash & Sizzle at Fassnight, Grant Beach and Silver Springs pools, 12-5:30 p.m.

Labor Day, Sept. 6:
Splash & Sizzle at Fassnight pool, 1-6:30 p.m.
