Families across the country continue to struggle to put food on the table. More than 48 million Americans live in food insecure homes, leading more and more to turn to food assistance organizations for help. Moark, LLC, Land O’Lakes wholly-owned egg subsidiary, is helping fight hunger by donating more than 72,000 eggs to Ozarks Food Harvest.

Nearly a dozen Springfield–Branson area chefs are competing in the Missouri Pork Association’s Taste of Elegance event, which has also become Ozarks Food Harvest’s annual donor appreciation event.
Local Boy Scouts will Scout for Food in neighborhoods across the Ozarks this month to collect nonperishable food items for Ozarks Food Harvest. This is the 24th year area Scouts have partnered with The Food Bank for the national community service project, Scouting for Food.
