Missouri State University students are helping end hunger simply by eating bowls of cereal in campus dining halls this month. For every bowl of cereal consumed by the students, Kellogg’s is donating a bowl of cereal to Ozarks Food Harvest, the regional food bank.
The Springfield Hy-Vee is the newest store to participate in Ozarks Food Harvest’s Retail Pick-Up Program, which rescues products that do not meet standards for retail sale, but remain safe for consumption.
