Panera Bread will donate $1–$2 per five select menu items purchased as part of its initiative to support Ozarks Food Harvest’s Weekend Backpack Program.
Moark, LLC, Land O’Lakes’ wholly-owned egg subsidiary, is donating 4,500 cartons of eggs—or 54,000 eggs—to Ozarks Food Harvest.
The annual Cowboy Classic Pro Rodeo will partner with Ozarks Food Harvest to collect food donations. Attendees are asked to bring canned food donations for The Food Bank in exchange for a $1 discount on admission.
Boy Scouts will Scout for Food in Springfield neighborhoods Saturday to collect nonperishable food items for Ozarks Food Harvest. This is the 23rd year local Boy Scouts have partnered with The Food Bank for the national community service project, Scouting for Food.
Sixty local grocery stores in nearly 40 communities collected $22,000 during Ozarks Food Harvest’s 13th annual Check Out Hunger campaign in November and December to help feed those in need in southwest Missouri.
