Ozarks Food Harvest adds Arvest Bank president and CEO to its board of directors

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— Ozarks Food Harvest recently welcomed Arvest Bank president and CEO Jason England to its volunteer board of directors.

“We’re proud to add Jason’s knowledge and expertise to Ozarks Food Harvest’s board of directors,” said Ozarks Food Harvest’s new board president Kenny Ross of Ross Construction Group. “As families continue to face hunger in southwest Missouri, we will need community leaders like Jason to help us achieve our goal of ending hunger in the Ozarks.”

In addition to his work at Arvest Bank for more than 20 years, England has previously served on the board for the Bentonville School Foundation, NWA American Heart Association and Show Me Christian County. He has also volunteered with Isabel’s House and Springfield Public Schools. Ozarks Food Harvest also welcomed Jim Admire, Genevieve Carvel, Holly Gray and Ashley Kimberling-Casad to its volunteer board of directors this year.

“Our new board members bring a wealth of knowledge to assist our organization,” said Bart Brown, president and CEO of Ozarks Food Harvest. “We’re so grateful to have their expertise and experience to help us fulfill our mission to Transform Hunger into Hope in the Ozarks.”

Jim Admire is the plant operations manager for Kraft Heinz and previously served on the board for America’s Credit Union, Boy Scouts of America and Friends of Hidden Waters.

Genevieve Carvel, controller at Positronic Industries, previously worked with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program in Springfield that prepared income taxes for low-income and elderly taxpayers.

Heim Young & Associates partner and certified financial planner Holly Gray serves on the board of the Greene County Estate Planning Council and previously served on the board for Springfield Ballet.

Cox Health’s vice president of clinical services Ashley Kimberling-Casad serves on the board for the America Cancer Society of southwest Missouri and previously served on the board of Mizzou’s Health Management and Informatics Department Alumni.
