OFH announces new Board Officers

March 16, 2010

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— Ozarks Food Harvest’s volunteer board of directors recently named its officers for The Food Bank’s 2010–2012 fiscal years.

Announced as president is outgoing secretary Bob Lawson, Jr. of BKD, LLP. Board member Todd Sherman of Kraft Foods, Inc. was named vice president. Tamara de Wild of O’Reilly Auto Parts was installed as secretary, and board member Mike Pinkston of Bank of America will serve as treasurer.

Lawson and Pinkston both served on The Food Bank’s recent capital campaign’s leadership committee, playing key roles in the fundraising for the community’s new food bank facility unveiled last fall. Sherman and de Wild have also dedicated several years to Ozarks Food Harvest, establishing partnerships and programs that continue to prove successful for The Food Bank and those it serves.
