SPRINGFIELD, Mo.   The Presley family from Presleys’ Country Jubilee recently presented Ozarks Food Harvest, the food bank of the Ozarks, with a gift of $13,500 in support of the Kids Cafe^® program.  Kids Cafe^® is Ozarks Food Harvest’s vital after-school feeding program that feeds over 900 children every weeknight at established afterchool programs.

Presleys’ Country Jubilee, Branson’s original show on the strip, has been entertaining families in the Ozarks with their comedy and country music for four generations.  Presleys’ Country Jubilee has sponsored the Kids Cafe^® Program for six years.  Through their generous support, we have expanded the Kids Cafe^® program and ensured that more children have access to hot and nutritious evening meals.

“We’re very grateful to the Presley family for their generous support of this important program,” comments Bart Brown, Executive Director of Ozarks Food Harvest.  “More and more children in the Ozarks live with the risk of not getting the nutrition they need.  Thanks to our partnership with the Presley’s, we will be able to extend the safety net of Kids Cafe^® to more children this year.”
